There are a lot of people gotten sick lately, as in serious medical problems required long term medication or extensive medical care. All happened randomly to people everywhere of all I know, young and old. It is certainly no news, to someone like me who works in the medical field. I wouldn’t even blink my eyes when I heard or read about their problems, the challenges they’re facing, or the ordeal they have to go through. I knew about most of these, similar or alike in one way or the other, none really trigger any form of emotions within me. However, when I put the people in the picture, I remember them in my prayers. Then I see how God works in their lives and turns things around, at the same time works in my heart too, to see His purpose in all these. I am also a benefit of many prayers of brothers and sisters, who lifted me in prayers during especial my “low” time. Also thanks to Dr. Leung reminded me that prayer changes things, cause the one who listens cares for us all. 祂是愛我,為我捨己。

A little prayer
November 11, 2008I said a little prayer today
With someone only needs me on cloudy days
“That’s the way it is!” I used to say
But now I understand how God works in this way
To lift us up in times of dismay
Through the prayer I had a taste
How wonderful is the Lord of today
He is faithful and trustworthy, greatly to be praised!
